§ Mr. Archie HamiltonRoyal Engineer teams have been taking part in a UN programme designed to train Afghan refugees currently in Pakistan in techniques of mine clearance and mine awareness. This programme has been set up purely for the humanitarian purpose of reducing the danger to refugees when they return to their homes.
