§ Mr. RobertsNo. One hundred per cent. principal road grant assistance has been approved for improvements to the A4120, a local authority road, which helps to remove through traffic from Aberystwyth. A study of the road network in the Aberystwyth area is also being undertaken in conjunction with Dyfed county council.
