§ Mr. Michael ForsythNo separate index has been constructed which relates to the movement of pay and prices within the Health Service in Scotland. Health boards will be provided with £2,061.498 million for their recurrent expenditure commitments on hospital and community health services in 1990–91, an increase of £158 million or 8.3 per cent. on the equivalent 1989–90 provision.
