§ Mr. RyderCustoms has had no discussions with the debenture holder either before or after its visits to Natural Beauty Products.
The distraint was affected on 1 February 1990 and the administrative receiver was appointed on 2 February. Customs has maintained its distraint and has been in discussion with the administrative receiver about the sale of the business as a going concern.
