§ Mr. Peter LloydThe Secretary of State does not have power to direct the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis or other Government Departments to disclose reports to a coroner's inquest, but in this particular case I am not aware that the coroner is experiencing any difficulties in obtaining the information that he needs.
