As I announced on 14 March, parliamentary approval for this exceptional measure will be sought in a revised estimate for the agricultural services, etc. Wales vote (class XVI, vote 2). Pending that approval, urgent expenditure estimated at £150,000 will be met by repayable advances from the Contingencies Fund.
