§ Mr. ChopeIn the three months to 31 March, the district valuer made 36 determinations of value under section 128 of the Housing Act 1985 on the application of tenants of Norwich city council. The value determined was lower than the council's opinion of value in 33 cases by an average of £4,204 or 8 per cent. and the same in three cases.
