§ Mr. AtkinsSigns to tourist destinations are traffic signs which are prescribed by regulations subject to confirmation by Parliament. Policy and guidance on the provision of tourist signs are currently being reviewed in consultation with the English tourist board and the local authority associations. Following this we shall be consulting more widely with a view to an announcement by the autumn.
