Whether the Code of Practice concerning the search of premises and the seizure of property, issued under the Police and Criminal Evidence (NI) Order 1989 applies to searches carried out under the Northern Ireland Emergency Provisions Acts and the Prevention of Terrorism Act; and whether it applies to searches undertaken by the Army and Ulster Defence Regiment.
