What is the average number of hours a day that prisoners in Holloway's C1 Unit spend locked in their cells.

Information for the week commencing 4th March 1990 shows that prisoners on C1 Unit at HM Prison Holloway are spending an average of 14.8 hours each day in their cells. This compares with 18.3 hours in June 1988.
