§ The Attorney-GeneralSince the publication of the Courts and Legal Services Bill on 6 December 1989, the Lord Chancellor has received eight representations concerning estate agency. The representations have been concerned with the suitability of allowing estate agents to offer conveyancing services as well as providing financial services in the house purchase market.
