§ Mr. Peter LloydThe information available covers the total number of applications in Gambia in 1989 for entry clearance to the United Kingdom by visitors, students, passengers in transit, working holidaymakers, returning residents and persons for employment or self-employment for a period of six months or less; 1,030 such applications were granted initially or on appeal, and 40 were refused initially.
