§ Mr. John PattenWhile I am aware of suggestions that at least one British citizen has renewed an association with drug traffickers in Colombia, I am not aware of information on which criminal proceedings in this country might be founded. We are in touch with the Colombian authorities and have reaffirmed our readiness to co-operate with them in their investigations.
