§ Mr. Lilley[holding answer 30 October 1989]: Professor Benjamin was commissioned by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) to prepare a report for the ESRC and the Royal Statistical Society on the accessibility 154W and availability of official statistics for social science researchers. Questions on the conclusions and publication of the report are matters for these two bodies.
