§ Mr. Denzil Davies
To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what provisions will apply from April 1990 in respect of grants for home improvements for vicarages and manses in Wales.

§ Mr. Grist
Subject to parliamentary approval, the provisions of part VIII of the Local Government and Housing Bill will apply in respect of vicarages and manses in Wales.
