§ Mr. John PattenThe Secretary of State signed 28 surrender warrants in extradition cases under section 9(1) of the Fugitive Offenders Act 1967, during the period from 1 January 1984 until 26 September 1989, when the Act was replaced by the Extradition Act 1989. In the same period no requests were refused.
