To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether, further to his reply of 18 October,Official Report, column 120, to the hon. Member for Glasgow, Provan, Her Majesty's Government are investigating the alleged arms deals between Ferranti ISC subsidiaries and shell companies in South Africa.
