To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science what representations he has received from the head teacher of Ambleside infant school about inadequate school buildings; and what reply he has made.

My right hon. Friend received a letter on 23 October 1989, from Dorothy Marshall, the head teacher at Ambleside infants school, Aspley, about, among other topics, inadequate buildings at her school. A response will be sent as soon as possible.
