§ Mr. Peter BottomleyI am aware of a recent request from the National Society of Allotment and Leisure Gardeners Ltd. for the Northern Ireland legislation to be brought into line with Great Britain. I understand this arose as a result of the concern expressed by one allotment holder about the possible loss of allotment sites in the Belfast city council area. The council has confirmed that it has no plans to dispose of any of its sites. There have been no other complaints about the legislation.
