§ Mr. Michael SpicerCopies of the full text of the joint declaration on the peaceful use of nuclear energy, which was signed by the Governments of the United Kingdom ad the Federal Republic of Germany on 25 July 1989, have been placed in the Library of the House. No specific contracts for the reprocessing of spent nuclear fuel have yet been agreed as a result of the declaration. In line with Government policy, the contracts, when concluded, will provide for the return of wastes to the Federal Republic of Germany.
