§ Mr. MoynihanLDDC's programme includes £24 million of expenditure on social housing and community projects specific to Newham in the current year, in addition to expenditure on various Docklandswide initiatives which will also benefit this area.
Future plans will be decided in the light of the Department's expenditure plans for 1990–91 to 1992–93 which will be announced by the Secretary of State at the time of the autumn statement.
