To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will list those officials and advisers who will be involved in carrying out the consultation exercise on Scottish lowland airports policy.

No. The consultation is being conducted by the Department of Transport in association with the Scottish Office. My right hon. Friend will consider the Government's policy in the light of the responses received.
