§ Mr. ScottI have received two representations from the right hon. Member on this subject. I replied to the first letter on 2 October and will shortly reply to the other. I have today placed a copy of my reply of 2 October in the Library. A number of other representations have also been received by my hon. and right hon. Friends in the Department of Health, who have responsibility for this subject.
