§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyShipments of contaminated material were delivered to Wath Recycling Ltd. at Wath upon Dearne during the week commencing 12 June. Authorities became aware of the problem on 19 June (South Yorkshire joint hazardous waste unit), 24 July (Health and Safety Executive) and 29 June (Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution).
