§ Mr. WaldegraveWe take every opportunity to press the Soviet authorities on individual refusenik cases such as George Belitsky. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs raised this case most recently when he met Mr. Shevardnadze in New York on 29 September. We shall maintain our pressure until this case is satisfactorily resolved.
