§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonThe report of research commissioned by the Scottish Development Department into the repair and maintenance of housing in areas of mixed ownership is expected to be published soon. Copies will be placed in the Library of the House. There are no immediate proposals for research into other aspects of mixed tenure.
