§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonNone. The Government presented three options, including continuation of the present arrangements, in the Green Paper "Summer Time: A Consultation Document" (Cm 722). We shall study the responses received, including that of the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities, before reaching conclusions.
