§ Mr. SillarsTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will cite the occasions where the United Kingdom has engaged in treaty making or other international agreement which complies with article 10 of the United Nations convention on reduction of statelessness.
§ Mr. SainsburyWhen the United Kingdom has transferred territory by treaty in the circumstances envisaged in the United Nations convention since 1966, the date when the convention became binding on the United Kingdom, appropriate arrangements for national-ity have been made in compliance with that article.
