§ Mr. Michael SpicerMy right hon. Friend has received approximately 50,000 objections to this application. My right hon. Friend has still to receive the views of the relevant local planning authorities. If either objects, my right hon. Friend will be obliged to hold a public inquiry. Even if they do not, he may still decide to do so in the light of the other objections received.
