To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland for the four weeks following the release of the GCSE results how many U grades were amended to higher grades; how many of these were allocated to each higher grade; and at which schools were the pupils who had changed results.

Available information relates to candidates with the Northern Ireland Schools Examinations Council only. Two hundred and twenty U grades were amended to higher grades as follows:
