§ Mr. LilleyThere is no special tax on workplace nurseries. Any element of subsidy in a workplace nursery place is a benefit in kind and benefits in kind are generally subject to income tax. My right hon. Friend has no plans to discuss this matter with the Equal Opportunities Commission.
