§ Sir Geoffrey HoweAs the hon. Member will be aware, the questions roster is a matter for discussion and agreement through the usual channels. I have looked at the matter raised by the hon. Member but I do not believe that it would be appropriate to alter the existing arrangements at the present time. I will, however, keep the matter under review.
