§ Mr. Peter LloydThe Schengen information system does not yet exist. However, we are discussing with our European Community partners, which includes the Schengen countries, a wide range of measures for further strengthening co-operation between law enforcement agencies. The development of an information system serving all European Community countries is one option which is being studied.
