§ Mrs. ChalkerI approved on 27 November a further allocation of £2 million of emergency relief aid for Ethiopia. This is in addition to more than £7.5 million already agreed this year. This new money will probably be channelled largely through British voluntary agencies involved in the provision of food to those at risk of famine in Eritrea and Tigray.
