To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security how much for all social security offices individually in London north and London south for 1988–89, the budget was for(a) community care grants, and how much of it was paid out to claimants, (b) crisis loans, and how much of it was paid out to claimants, (c) budgeting loans, and how much of it was paid out to claimants and (d) for each of the three categories above, how many applications were made, how many were granted and how many refused.
