To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if any progress has been made in increasing scheduled air services to and from Gibraltar..

No. Progress is unlikely until the Gibraltar Government take steps to implement the 1987 airport agreement.

§ Dr. Marek
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether the gardens adjoining the governor's residence, Gibraltar, are now being tended.

§ Mr. Maude
The Gibraltar Government assumed responsibility for the maintenance of the gardens from 1 April 1989.
