§ Dr. MawhinneyCo-operation between the Belfast festival at Queen's and Glasgow, European city of culture is a matter for the organisers of the festival which is already supported by public funds through the Arts Council of Northern Ireland. Equally, the question of sponsorship of any co-operative ventures is a matter for the respective organisers. I understand that contact between the organisers has in fact already been established.
