§ Mr. RedmondTo ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will make a statement on health authorities' responsibility for trust funds; and if he will list the final accounts as at 31 March, from each health authority in England, Wales and Scotland under each of the following headings(a) capital reserves funds held in perpetuity (i) general purposes and (ii) special purposes, (b) capital reserves other funds (i) general purposes and (ii) special purposes and (c) funds held by special trustees.
