Mr. Spearing

To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will tabulate in theOfficial Report the reference numbers and titles of all statutory instruments, departmental circulars, and other documents distributed by him direct to head teachers and governors of maintained schools consequential to the provisions of the Education Act 1988, indicating for each what action or return respectively is required; and what further documents in these categories and for which purposes he proposes to circulate prior to 1 September 1990.
