§ Mr. MallonTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland in relation to the recent conviction of Corporal Cameron Hastie of the Regular Army and Private Joanne Garvin of the Ulster Defence Regiment under section 22(1)C of the Emergency Provisions (N.I.) Act 1987 for possession of documents likely to be of use to terrorists, whether any persons listed in the documents in respect of which charges were brought, or persons associated with such persons, have since been the victim of terrorist attack; and whether steps have been taken by the police to ensure the security of those listed.
