§ Mr. ChopeThe contractor employed by the Property Services Agency to dispose of all waste, including glass, from the Palace of Westminster, is required to provide bottle bank facilities. They are sited in State Officers' Court, alongside the collection point for other waste and any glass which is placed in these containers is sent for recycling by the contractor.
