§ Mr. DunnachieTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment (1) if he will announce plans to review staffing levels in unemployment benefit offices to take account of the increased workload imposed by the actively seeking work rules that became effective from October 1989;
(2) if he will implement the 1988 report of unions, management and Treasury, which recommended that staffing levels in unemployment benefit offices be increased.
