§ Mr. SainsburyWe expect to spend some £3.9 million in 1989–90 on programmes of scholarships and training in the United Kingdom for South Africans. The United Kingdom share (expected to be some £3 million in 1989) of the European Community's programme of positive measures is attributed to the British aid programme.
