To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) what was the actual amount of expenditure on the National Health Service in Scotland each year from 1959 until the present(a) in cash and (b) adjusted for inflation;

(2) what was the spending on the National Health Service in Scotland each year from 1959 until the present adjusted for inflation in the National Health Service in Scotland.
