To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on Scottish lowland airports policy.

My right hon. and learned Friend is now receiving copies of responses to the consultative document on Scottish lowland airports policy issued by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Transport. The consultation exercise ends on 29 November and submissions received will be taken fully into account in the review now in progress.
