§ Mr. FreemanWe have not met any bodies specifically, to discuss, section 7 of the Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act 1986 but officials met representatives of the local authority associations in March 1989. The Government's position on implementation will be made clear in the White Paper on community care to be published shortly.
