§ Mr. GristMy right hon. Friend's decision on Gwynedd health authority's proposals for the future of hospital provision in the Porthmadog area was conveyed to the authority in letters of 3 and 22 March 1989 which were copied to the hon. Gentleman. Subject to the outcome of the High Court's consideration of that decision, implementation of their proposals is a matter for Gwynedd health authority.
