To ask the Secretary of State for Energy when he expects to receive the annual report of the Central Electricity Generating Board for 1988–89.

§ Mr. Wakeham
Preparation and publication of the annual report and accounts are a matter for the board of the CEGB. I am assured that the accounts will be published as soon as is possible.
