§ Mr. AllenTo ask the Secretary of State for Health what progress his Department has made on the guidance to accompany the new BD8 form; and to what extent that guidance will be based on the recommendations of the working group established in 1987.
§ Mr. FreemanWork is currently in hand on the guidance to accompany the new form. The guidance will be based on the recommendations in the report "Co-ordinating Services for Visually Handicapped People" published earlier this year.
