To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will give the reasons for his decision not to meet representatives from Greenpeace (United Kingdom) to discuss environmental policies and environmental protection.

Mr. Trippier

My right hon. Friend has made no such decision. He expects to meet representatives of Greenpeace in the next few weeks.
